1. PeoplePro by Qandle

Attendance Monitoring can be marked for all your employees while eliminating the need to touch any common surface, further avoiding risk and the spread of germs. The idea behind the solution is to give an alternative to Biometric or Card based attendance Monitoring systems to organizations. Qandle Touchless includes an array of 4 different solutions to track attendance: QR codes, IP restricted attendance, geo-fenced or geo-tagged attendance.
These solutions can be used in conjunction with each other to provide a complete Touchless Attendance Monitoring Solution. For example, an organization can use the IP restricted option for employees in the Head Quarters, the geo-tagged option for employees working from home, the geo-fenced attendance monitoring for the employees in the regional offices, and the QR code option for the workers in their factories.
Unlike the facial recognition attendance monitoring and selfie attendance monitoring which can be easily gamed with pre-existing photos of employees, these options minimize the chances of proxy attendance.
3. EasyBoard
EasyBoard is an AI enabled onboarding chatbot, to make new hire onboarding a seamless experience for the new hires and organizations both.
EasyBoard enables faster onboarding of employees and will include auto verification of employees’ bank accounts and ID proofs and address proofs like PAN card, Aadhar card etc. which new hires will be able to upload in a click. The backend AI allows the solution to read all the documents and fill in details automatically, and even verify them. It doesn’t even require the new hires to download an app, and all of these can be achieved simply through a web browser which can work on a desktop as well as on any smartphone.
4. Recruitment dashboard: CV parser and hiring velocity insights
In the recruitment dashboard, various additions have been made. Firstly, the CV parser wherein you can easily convert CVs of candidates into a structured set of information suitable for search and storage. It will help you efficiently manage digital CVs and scan numerous candidates more effectively to make better hiring decisions for your company.
Candidates can just upload the CV and see it being parsed in a few seconds. The fields are updated automatically, without manual intervention and it creates a good impression on potential candidates. This ensures better employer branding and no duplication of CVs.
Additionally, HRs and recruiting managers can gain hiring velocity insights, popularly known as the time to hire. It measures how long the hiring process takes from posting a job through acceptance. 5. Orientation module
The orientation module has been newly introduced at Qandle and has become the clients’ favorite due to a seamless process. While onboarding and offboarding candidates, the dedicated tasks can be easily assigned to them simply with the click of a button. No manual intervention is required by the department heads or HRs to provide the details, they can easily track and assign the tasks as per their departments. Moreover, employees can submit their feedback after the completion of tasks.
6. Polls and Surveys module
The polls and surveys module has enabled HRs with numerous people insights. HRs and department managers get access to reports representing employee insights, in order to make changes in the company processes, if required by analyzing the insights from in-depth answers provided by the employees.
