Non-technical Recruitment Responsibilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
