Temporary or contract employees may be eligible for maternity leave under certain conditions specified in their individual agreements.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for maternity leave, employees must meet the following criteria:

  • Employment Duration:Employees must have been employed with the company for at least 12 months prior to the start of their maternity leave.

Maternity Leave Entitlements

Job Protection

Requesting Maternity Leave
